Prototype Design
Often a customer will come to us with an idea for a component, but is not entirely sure how to proceed; at that point we would offer our design services.
When beginning a Prototype Design we always keep in mind a few points, purpose, material, accuracy and the manufacturing process. We then generate CAD drawings for customer approval; 3D models are also used and can be very useful at this early stage. Sometimes this is as far as our customer wishes us to go. If working samples are required we then move on to the manufacture of prototypes.
