Manufacture
For prototype manufacture we have a variety of methods to choose from depending on the component design.
Depending on the quantity of samples required, we can choose to manufacture 'soft tooling'. 'Soft tooling' is a term used to describe press tools that are quickly manufactured to produce a short run of components.
Many materials can be used in the manufacture of prototypes, a working sample is not always required, the product material can be substituted for a light weight easily machinable material to save on time and cost.
Other processes that are available to us are: -
- Wire Eroding
- Laser Cutting
- Water Jet Cutting
- Flame Cutting
- And a variety of forming operations
All these can be used to enable us to provide the customer with exactly what is required.
