H & H Plant & Capacity

Our tool room is equipped with the latest in wire eroding an cnc machine tools, as well as our standard millers drillers and grinding machinery, we also employ the latest in press tool design software, with our visi-progress design package.

• This is a 3d modeling package which has been designed for the toolmaker, the progress side to the software allows a component to be unfolded to give an accurate blank shape and size this then allows us to construct a strip layout and then the tool.
• Our production facility's include presses from 6 tonnes to 2oo tonnes, for single operation tooling and coil fed progression tools. We utilize air and electronic roll feeds on our coil lines. In addition, we also have a variety of tube bending facility's, spot welding and a fabrication shop including four mig welders.
