Press Work
H & H Products has experience with a vast range of components. This includes large, heavy brackets, to small, fine electrical components.
High volume and high tolerance work is also common place, such as the sprinkler system components we manufacture.
We employ all the latest methods of equipment in our press shop such as our roll feeds and assembly equipment. Some of our press lines are also fully automated.
With the wide range of components we produce our other facilities, such as tube manipulation and fabrication compliment each other.
A large number of our customers require different finishes to their components; this may be zinc plating, powder coating or high quality finishes. We work closely with coating specialists to provide a total service for our customers.
Inserting threaded inserts into pressing is a quick and cost effective way to avoid added assembly problems later in the process.
Cost Effective Solution
Our facility's allow us to quickly change from one job to another. This enables us to be cost effective when producing large batches of components down to small runs of 500 or less.
